Andy hails from the Northwest of England originally and has recently returned to England, having spent the last 20 years working with Scripture Union in New Zealand. Andy has been in Christian ministry for over 34 years, mainly working in or with churches. Andy is passionate about building and helping to grow lifelong disciples of Jesus and equipping his people to be witnesses of God's amazing love and grace. Andy began his role as associate pastor here at Union Baptist church in May 2025 and is excited to see what God is going to do in and through his church here in High Wycombe

He is married to Carol, and they have two adult sons, Thomas and Matthew
