Vikki grew up in Buckinghamshire and has always called the area home — except for a few years at Manchester University, where she earned a 2:1 degree in Media and Sociology. Her career began in television as a runner and assistant director, before moving into marketing and operations in 2011, where she’s built a wealth of experience leading teams and managing projects with creativity and care.

 

Vikki became a committed Christian in 2012 and was joyfully baptised at Union Baptist Church on Easter Sunday 2025 — a moment that marked a deepening of her faith and passion for serving God. She is excited to step into the role of Operations Manager, helping to support Union Baptist’s vision to see High Wycombe transformed by God through a loving, serving, and worshipping church family.

 

Outside of work, Vikki loves spending time with her husband, Brad, and their three wonderful children — Thea, Eve, and Jacob — who keep life lively and full of joy.
